Employment Services

For our Clients: WWEE's Employment Services program (ES) is a value added service to participants who exhibit excellent performance in WWEE programs. Designed for graduates to receive concentrated employment services, selected candidates will have one-on-one employment coaching to create a personalized plan for gaining employment.

ES Staff works closely to develop partnerships with local employers in the non-profit sector, municipal government, community and technical Colleges, as well as the private sector to assist in placing clients in meaningful, living wage careers.

For our partners: WWEE's Employment Services Staff can provide direct referrals of successful graduates to fill positions within your organization. Our clients are work ready, team players with up to date computer skills. They are trained in conflict resolution, financial literacy, interpersonal communication, time management and workplace expectations and behavior.

 HealthPoint has been fortunate to work with WWEE for many years in providing expanded training in many aspects of the medical and dental fields. We are proud of the fact that some of our interns have full employment at HealthPoint as a medical records clerk, a receptionist, a billing specialist, and a client services representative. HealthPoint looks forward to continuing to work with the WWEE internship program and helping to inspire our interns to be the best that they can be!
