REACH Plus™

In many ways, our REACH Plus™ program delivers the experience of a full-time job.  For 35 hours each week, our instructors hold their students to workplace standards of performance, punctuality and professionalism.  The curriculum combines job skills with personal and professional management, giving our students real-time experience and preparing them to reach their fullest potential.  In five weeks, our graduates develop the necessary tools to begin a new career or continue on in higher education.

Our REACH Plus™ students learn to:

• Identify and break down the barriers that keep them from realizing their fullest potential
• Write a resume and cover letter
• Present themselves confidently and professionally in a work environment
• Conduct themselves professionally during an interview
• Use essential workplace computer programs such as the Microsoft Office © suite
• Access and utilize their support systems – including WWEE
