Is WWEE for You?

Guidelines for WWEE program eligibility

WWEE serves low-income residents of King and Pierce counties. If you are interested in our programs, you must qualify under the guidelines outlined below, and you must be ready to find a job and change your life for the better.

REACH Plus program guidelines

To determine if your income qualifies you for our program, please check the table below, which is based the federal poverty guidelines plus 80%. Your annual income must be below the total income listed for your family size. Your income may come from TANF (welfare), family members, unemployment, or any other source.

In addition, you must be a resident of either Pierce County or King County.

Also, you must be able to type at least 25 words per minute. Please contact the appropriate Intake Coordinator (see below) to make arrangements to test your typing speed. Do not be discouraged from contacting WWEE about REACH Plus if you feel your typing abilities are lacking. WWEE has tutorial programs in our computer labs that can assist you to meet the typing speed requirement.
