WWEE awarded Jane T. Russell Excellence in Governance Award!


For 26 years, WWEE has strived to be one of the most effective social service organizations in the Puget Sound. WWEE was named the 2007 recipient of the Jane T. Russell Excellence in Governance Award by the Nonprofit Center’s Awards Advisory Board. This award is given yearly to the non-profit board demonstrating exemplary practices in one or more of its primary governance responsibilities. The advisory board was particularly impressed that all of the elements of a good board are in place at WWEE.
