Recomendations before Loging On
Use Internet Explorer for PC or Seira for Mac
Goto Windows Update and download all the lastest security updates in the "Critical" catogory. If you are using a Laptop from the WWEE office do not do this, it is taken care of automaticlly.

How to Logon
There is two different types of logon options you may encounter.
Both options will allow access but the first option (IE 6.x) provides more security enhancements.
Remember: This is an intagrated part of the WWEE email system. What you do here will effect the same system(s) you use at the office

IE 6.x Logon
If you receive this option:

  • Username = your WWEE email address
  • Password = your network password

    • IE 5.x Logon
    If you receive this option:

  • Username = the first part of your WWEE email address,
    everything before the "@" symbol.
  • Password = your network password
  • Domain = WWEE.org

    • Click Here to Logon

    Trouble Shooting

    • If you do not get any option to Logon, try again later.
      Unless you are using Windows XP with Service Pack 2. You may need to tweek the Pop-Up Blocker settings and / or the Firewall settings to allow access.
